But when the gate opens, the 1,525-pound powerhouse knows exactly what to do. A dependable right-hand spinner who can go both ways, Mike is the kind of bull riders hope to draw when a reride is on the line.

With 163 career outs Mike has already surpassed I'm Legit Too's PBR record of 121 outs and tied the all-time career-outs mark. And according to stock contractor Blake Sharp, he might be bucking better now than he was two years ago.

Sharp keeps Mike lean on competition days to maximize his athleticism, but outside the arena, he's as easygoing as they come. He's never run off, doesn't look for trouble and has a personality Sharp compares to a dependable horse — though he wouldn't recommend trying to ride him around. With plans to break the record in Las Vegas, Mike has more history to make. For him, it's just another day at the office.
